The Prenatal Belly Dance Workout DVD

Based on my signature Maternal Dance Class in NYC, this complete workout will take you through all stages of your pregnancy and beyond. Combining a fun mix of stretching and yoga, core and pelvic floor strengthening, low impact Latin belly dance fusion and a relaxing guided meditation, this workout will leave you feeling rejuvenated, connected to baby and downright strong and sexy to enjoy your pregnancy.

Movement is such a great thing to do for yourself during this special time. Not only will you have a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery, but you’ll be able to slip back into your skinny jeans in no time!

I was inspired to develop this technique after I danced my way through two pregnancies, and empowering women during this beautiful stage has become a huge part of my life’s work.
