Experience the class that started it all! My signature Maternal Dance Class is an exciting way to rejuvenate, tone and prepare your body for the most amazing feat it will ever perform. My classes are designed specifically for pregnant women to relieve tension and pain, tone and strengthen your core and pelvic floor, improve pregnancy posture, maintain flexibility and build your birthing muscle. Classes include delicious stretching, toning, and belly dance moves, powerful meditations and guided imagery.
